Our Standard Support Is: We provide Level One support for all Software and Hosting services that DHX develop or implement. Our team is backed by our vendors, including eFront, TalentLMS, and Amazon Web Services. Services are offered between 8:00 AM Eastern Standard to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
